If you have an urgent request that is outside of your support period or support dates (I always include these in the spell report) you can now email me with your request. You will be given a 24h support ticket and I will try my best to answer within that time.

This service includes 1 email with my feedback and 1 follow up email if necessary within 24 hours.

Please remember that I do not answer support tickets on weekends as I am not at the office.

Examples of Priority support tickets:

  • Your support period is over but you want to look into advice, a brief reading to see where you are at with your spells or how the feelings have developed
  • Your POI called, there was an important interaction and you are in need of urgent advice
  • You are unsure and require general advice which you feel cannot be delayed

You do not need to order this service if you want to warn me about a possible new third party.
